  • Hey Michael! , Would you please be able to make a video on healthy cereals ?

  • This was yummy! I omitted the protein powder, added a touch of unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia. I also added a little vanilla extract. My kids loved it!!!! And I never thought of putting peanut butter on my french toast! So good! Thanks for the great idea!

  • You do realize that the whey in this video has no use whatsoever because when it's on direct heat it loses it's nutritional value.

So, no more then 5 grams of protein in this meal, sir.

  • Hey Michael can you make a kick-ass healthy grilled cheese & ^

  • Hey Michael could you try and make a healthy version of a peanut butter jelly sandwich? :)

  • @MrJokersMadhouse thats easy, just use natural PB and sugar-free jelly on some whole grain bread.

  • @juncal230975 That is not the case! I live in Europe and there are tons of whole grain breads with/out seeds etc. I think the best ones are the German ones. Even if there aren't any in your area (maybe you live in a remote village somewhere) you can go and buy a home bread oven there are loads of models now and they are not that expensive and you could make your own bread. In Europe they also sell different types of whole grain flours. And you can add flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower etc seeds.

  • Would this be a good breakfast to make in the mornings after a hard workout?

  • i have a question, isn't it bad to heat protein powder?

  • Looks awesome I'll be having this for breakfast!

  • It is not fair that here in Europe there is no place to buy Ezekiel 4:9 bread, we don't have a really 100% Whole wheat bread... 50% at the most...

  • Looks great. will try this soon. Shame about the sound on this video. Appreciate the recipes and effort! Thanks, man.

  • In every pound of peanut butter, there are over 150 bug fragments, and up to 5 hairs of insects. Have a nice day. :-)

  • @canucmesucker is this only in the us?

  • @coolcabincrew Statistics of most large peanut-butter making companies... majorly in the US, but if the product is FROM the US then still it'll be like that lol.

  • @canucmesucker good, it adds to the protein content.

  • Walden Farms makes a great Pancake Syrup. 0 fat, 0 carbs, 0 cals... and tastes awesome.

  • your best healthy creation so far!

  • Hello,

I immediately subscribed after trying out this recipe. Would love to ask though..when I do go out to eat and want to order an alcholic cocktail, what is safe for me to drink calorie-wise besides wine, which is what I normally order? I just miss the fun martinis I used to get! Any suggestions?

A now loyal viewer from Morocco!

  • Hey Michael, How much protein would you recommend someone who is trying to lose body fat but gain muscle. Now I'm just trying to lose stomach fat and get my biceps tone or a little bigger. Now I am lifting 3lb weights for now. But I want to go bigger, but I want the Whey protein so I can get give my muscles the nutrition it needs to recover from the workouts and to gain muscles.

  • @FloydRoseDiscovery btw, I am 5'5 weighing 233lb

  • hey michael i saw your other vid on how many caloires to take in per day to maintain how many do you take in to maintain ?

  • ur really good at this....:)

I have to tell you, I REALLY enjoy ALL your videos ! You always have great ideas, great information and you seem to be such a nice person ;) Luv you

  • For the Ezekiel, do you thaw it out before you put it on the pan? I normally would keep it in the freezer. Thanks man.

  • You are smashing it this year with the recipes! Keep it up! With your help I lost 1 stone in 1 month and maintained my weight to date. Thumbs up mike.

  • That title's a mouthful. Great stuff.

  • When you say egg whites, do you mean the whites derived from the egg itself or some store bought container of egg whites? I'm confused :<

  • @Tyson909 Doesn't matter! Buy the carton of already seperated eggwhites from the store if u dont wanna waste yolk and/or wanna safe the time to seperate them, or do it yourself if u wanna safe money

  • @Tyson909 Its the same (if you count out the chemical additives that the container variety has)

  • @Tyson909 The ones you buy in containers are obviously derived from the egg itself.

  • no cinnamon?! ;)

  • Comment removed

  • I saw you video in my news feed and had to check this out. Love the recipe - great idea! I love the Silk almond milk - am drinking the dark chocolate variety as I type.

  • was anyone else here waiting for him to add cinnamon?

  • Tupperware sells a blender bottle like that as well, if anyone is looking for one. It doesn't have a metal ball but it has a lid insert that breaks things up.

  • @LisaDeeCanada Yeahm but those lids suck, big time!

  • thats a big ass piece of bread

  • Hey, very nice idea! But aren't you wasting the protein powder when you throw away the mix you dont use?

  • @billysgeo you can cook it :D

  • @SuperSayanFitness Yea, that's what I was thinking. Maybe add some oats to it. Make somin' like a pancake... Right? :)

  • @billysgeo I say: just drink the leftover mix :D Milk, eggwhites, Whey powder... cant't be too bad ^^

  • @LuyZOnE WHAT? Drink raw egg whites??? No thanks. I ain't that risky with my health!

  • @billysgeo Well, those out of the carton from the store are usually pasteurized. Ain't too risky =)

  • You should have your own LBL restaurants :) Great stuff

  • Really like the website you have been busy, keep it up

  • Awesome man!
