Fence or no fence, private or not, Police can come onto the property if they have probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed, is about to be committed or is being committed. Actually if a police officer has reason to believe that there's drugs or such on the premisses, they can come onto your property. Also i doubt it was your race that caused the problem. Another thing have audiowith the video. It would show what is really being said. Also dumb dumb your in plain view. You can film the police as they are a public servant. Even if they ask you to stop u do not have to. That's part of the job just as the paparazzi films celebrity's. They even have to give u there name and badge number upon request. Know ur rights. u dont even have to give ur name to them or talk to the. Plead the 5th its ur right. Marijuana is legal in the state of California. The problem was they walked up into the driveway and started to detain us. It is illegal for a PO PO to walk up into the driveway without permission. I walked up with my camera to film and the tried to detain me only to get the camera. I was an innocent bystander filming the police violate and provoke my neighbors.

NO A COP CANNOT: walk on MY front yard, driveway, porch, property, premisis, whatever you want to call it without either MY PERMISSION, or if he/she has a WARRANT!! This area is called curtilage. This could be the area around a TENT.....and it is still MY private property. Being curious, or thinking something is happening is NOT justifiable cause or a warrent. Cops cannot trespass. It's against the law!!
