I think this guy is a bit too flakey for President of the United States, but legalizing marijuana is a good idea overall. Marijuana defeats the ability to retain detailed information; such is part of the psychosis effect it induces.Students who are government funded should be banned from the use thereof and made to take drug test before enrollment and mid term. America needs the tax revenue like tabacco products.
