I've done but it does little damage like 400 max. Though I guess first trying it yourself you wont catch up quickly into juggling into another move. I mean, compare to Sagat's other juggles which gives you a lot of time to react with another move this one is actually harder cause you need to react QUICK which for me is not easy cause chances are you are not gonna get the ex knee to juggle due to miss proper distance. But yeah, its there and well thats that. Gonna try this on El. Fuerte.
does this only work on chun li or other chars too?

IT ISN'T GUARANTEED! The Tiger Knee is a cross up, which can be blocked, NOT a juggle...
