  • Never add salt to the eggs before its cooked. It will begin breaking down the protein structure of the egg before.

  • It looks good for sure, but SO MUCH butter 0_o. + I wouldn't like to use your butter on my toast in the morning, you dip your spatula in the eggs then touch it again to the butter... Hum hum...

  • Strange technique, and so much fat! No need to flip, just fold. The center of an omelette should be soft , and if the egg is browned (unless it is a special request) it is OVERcooked. Ugh.

  • Butter is not bad for you! Especially if it's made from milk and not vegetable oil. It's good unsaturated fat. Eggs are great for you. Not only do they lower LDL, they raise HDL, decrease risk of heart disease and keep you satiated longer thus resulting in you eating less food = lower body weight. Get your facts straight before you start bashing and don't regurgitate whatever you hear others say...

  • Too much butter, also you're not suppose to flip omelettes! An omelette should take no more than 30 seconds and should not require the use of a spatula or any flipping at all.

    Mix eggs, tiny about of butter or oil. No salt because it breaks the eggs up (add this later). Pan must be hot! Pour mixed eggs into pan, after 10 seconds shake pan around to spread eggs for 10 seconds, leave another 10 seconds and serve omelette. Easy!
