I didn't know he's gay, but then again, I hardly ever read biographic notes on the artists I like. Never really seen the point. But I think I know why people worry about his sexual orientation. I read once (acutally many times, otherwise you could hardly call it favourable) in a favourite book of mine that music is andregenously sexy and that it penetrates male and female alike. No wonder then that there's so much bigotry out there.
