Ummm turn off system restore please and don't install bad software~!!! Good tips tho! :) I don't use disc clean I think its useless. Only defrag often if you install a lot.

I am so glad this video is 2 years old. AVG is much better than MOST paid anti-virus software. The indexing service doesn't make your hard drive hum.  The hardware in your hard drive wearing out is what causes that nasty humming sound. Here's a tip. If you don't know what the hell you're talking about, don't talk about it.
