Für die schlechte Tonqualität kann unser Bassist nichts, das liegt lediglich an der verwendeten Kamera... diese ist schon etwas älter und verkraftet anscheinend nicht die hohen Lautstärken. Es existiert auch besseres Tonmaterial, aber leider bin ich noch nicht dazu gekommen, dies mit dem Video zu kombinieren.

ey das tempo ist genau richtig für dieses geile stück! wir spielen das in unserer big band auch so schnell naja vllt gaanz bisschen langsamer aber das leid ist soo geil und auch super gespielt!

Its nice but I believe they play it just a tiny bit too fast. The Weather Report version is not quite as fast as this one. Even though you should remember that this is another version of the song.
It´s German! They compare this hall to a Jazz Club they talk about drinking and eating at the end they talk about the most famous Jazz club called "Birdland" and the name that developed by the Charlie Parker´s nickname Bird (I am German so I hope it´s right what I heard :D:D)

also ich hab das damals mit meiner BigBand auch in ungefähr dem Tempo gespielt, finds klasse etwas schneller.
Mit meiner Funkband hab ich des dann in ner richtig schnellen Version gespielt, gibt dem Stück einen ganz anderen Charakter.
Aber dies hier gefällt mir wirklich sehr gut.

Der tempo ist zu schnell! Bitte orientieren Sie sich am orignal. Das ist wesentlich langsamer und daher besser.
