if you could somehow model the frong legs after a dog, you could yes alter the frame, but you could also move the front legs to the outside, or angle them.

have an idea for this one if all 4 legs had the the knees facing back it should be able to move faster

I did consider that for a while. But I would have to redesign the whole body frame. Because the femur part would get in conflict with the lower part of the body frame. Good idea though ;)
