The majority of men are more tenorish. There are no absolutes. Just mentioning that Upton (as displayed in this clip) used to work more in the alto range. He works in a range that is more common for women. In more recent times, Upton sings this tune in lower keys to accomodate his older voice.
It is a great bass line he has come up with. Another thing is that it is so rare for a singer to actually play guitar (love that Gibson) and he is pulling off some good jazz chords....long live the 60s charts

I was born in the 60's and I started to think which is better, to be born in the 60's and enjoy the GREAT tv shows and music from the 60's, 70's and the 80's or have a mobile phone and the internet like today? Where is the rewind on this song, i i i i love the old days more than these damn days......

@thaijuan14 Understandable perspective and for good reasons, especially the economy. But years from now, people will be saying the same thing comparing their era to ours. Things will be worse for them like ours is from where we came. It's mostly relative but yes, you are partially right, sadly.
