Hi Mark. Have you considered doing something like smolov jr. (maybe with half the volume) for pushpresses? With that or some other periodization training, I believe you would blast those PRs in the near future. Well done and good effort at usual. Also have you considered hip belt squats to increase leg strength? I know your back is bad, but hip belt squats can build up quad strength without putting strain on the lower back! :) Good weight btw! :D All the best!

Man the lockouts really rob you on the push presses, you almost nailed 305, on a good day 305 will go up, I think you just have some bad luck, plain and simple, it takes guts to post up lifts that are not progressions or failures, but its proof your still working hard!
my new goal is to enter a local strongman comp within a year...but my only problem is I just started to do overhead pressing and I suck! I wish I could have some of your strength...awesome work as usual...very strong!
