  • QUALITY tunage, new to me but gone straight to my faves, fantastic , it just wraps you up makes you stop what you're doing and listen...love it

  • Nice very nice indeed, new to me, 5 stars for this one.

  • Great version of the old Bobby Mandolph self penned tune! Bobby brought his version out in 1969 on Jack Lewerke's Los Angeles "Vault" label. so I'm guessing if this is Patti she recorded it post '69. From the intro I take it it's an un-issued studio take?.. Nice one Jeff, really like this mate... take a listen to Bobby Mandolph's take see wot ya think!

  • Just had a listen and a very classy track , sounds a little newer than this version altho have to agree this does sound like an unreleased studio take , maybe thats why..??..a little new found gem me thinks

  • This is great, thanx soulute for sharing this one. You're exactly right this is Patti hamilton of The Lovelites.

I don't know what year of release on this even though i'm sure it was between 1968 and 1971. Chicago producer Clarence Johnson and Johnny Cameron probably produced and arranged it. It probably came out on one of Johnson's labels,Lock,Star-Vue,Lovelite,Red Balloon,La Cindy etc.

  • Cheers for listening & the info :)
