@totalpwnage247 at the end of the plunger (the black thing with the spring, the end is the part with the long silver screw) pad it with a little bit of foam. Most of the sound comes from removing the AR, but padding the plunger assembly will soften the plastic on plastic collision when shot, this will also quiet it.

i can personally vouch for this technique on removing the air restrictors. i was a little worried when i was twisting it, because i had to hold the bottom of the plunger tube which looks breakable, but if you go about it right this is simple. i will post a video of the finished gun to show that it works.

when i unscrew my longshot i cant unscrew the stock. the screws seem to be stuck i dont know what to do. please answer back.

You may have stripped or missed, make sure that you have unscrewed all screws. if you have a non-stripped screw that wonts come out, get PURE SILICONE lubricant, and spray in to the screw hole, or if its non-spray liquid put 3 or 4 drops into the hole. That should help.
