Do they understand what she's saying or is there a translator with them? They respond to her questions, so I'm assuming they understand what she's asking. If they do understand, why do they respond in Chinese and not in English, since she's asking them in English? She obviously understands, but I don't because I can't speak Chinese. How odd...

The English lady doesn't understand Chinese that's why they have a translator with them off film. They cut the scenes of the actual conversation with the translator and replace them with the English lady only asking the questions, in my opinion I would rather see the translator there because otherwise it looks fucking retarded.

For a fast metabolism person to gain weight, they would just have to eat more than a slow metabolism person. But that doesnt mean the fast metabolism person is healthier.
