Thanks for responding on Arts behalf. He must be on a PR course and your filling in for him. I will restate that I found Art to be sincere and I would like to appologize for any insult towards him.
However, your comment is outstanding and represents FEMA well. Please feel free to reply but keep in mind that if I capitalize PR again you might clue into the fact that the PR SECTION for FEMA, ie, your chain of command is monitoring the response to this comment.

Well Art, we really don't understand it. We really don't know why anybody would go to you advice because the video you posted said absolutely nothing.
In addition, how many earthquakes are you planning to recover from? Enough to justify a disaster recovery center? Register too? For What?
I guess you are the voice of FEMA. The PR machine that needs a rebuild. On a positive note though, I see the sincerity in you so do your homework and get better at PR.
