I'm not quite sure what number it is (I don't have the box anymore) but I'll try to find out. I think that it makes detangling quicker and less painful for me. I've had either the same amount or a little less hair loss with the denman compared to my wide toothed comb.
hay this looks like a cool way to stretch your hair but in case you dont like the results you could try a braid out on try hair. Oh and not like corn rows but more like plats. I usually do around ten and get pretty good stretched results. (My hair texture is similar to yours)
Awesome! I've been looking for someone with a similar texture. I am working on the braidouts so far I've done one which came out kinda crappy because it wasn't planned (done in front of tv w/o products) but I'll keep trying. What products do you use for your braidouts?
i use shea butter nd coconut oil to do my braid outs but you could use any moisturizer. But i do think braid outs come out best when the hair is wet or rele damp. And I sleep with them overnight so they could stay in for a while.
Thanks! I'll try them again once I take the twists out I hope I can stand to leave them in...I've got some Karen's body beautiful on the way and as soon as I see that package I might just decide it's wash day lol
i love ur hair texture!

Your hair is just like mine! What number denman do you use? Do you find that its gentle on the hair (less breaking of the hair)?
