That's Sprinkles. She was a Breyerfest 2009 Special Run, I believe there are about 1,250 made, you could pick her up on eBay or Model Horse Sales Pages. She's running about $80-$90. :)

The same color (almost) was released again as a JCpenny special run, but she had more white spread around her little blanket. :) The one in the box is black tie affair, though.

@everyridecounts some are, some arent, you answered it yourself, people are selling them. :) But, make sure you look all around before making a purchase, unless its a gotta have right now moment, because you might find the same horse for $10 in one room, and $40 in the next. :)
