  • Fantastic video!!!

    Kept simple and clear!

I was connecting the charge controler of my wind turbine and could nt figure out where the dump load wire was :o) Thx a million!

  • Thank super easy. Lol

  • do you need a fuse holder when you have a relay?

  • Helpful, simple and clear explanation. It was helpful to me, thanks.

  • @Danboy5050 because when you turn the car off you will flatten the battery

  • this isnt real descriptive,&3real,u need 2wire a relay cause if you just jump 2 acc 1st is your overloading the existing relay from the unit(relays are30/40 amps usually)&2 the factory has those 2 wires independent for a reason, youneed 2duplicate whatthe factory does for safety, use ground when running output from remote start (if not used for a securitybypass) to pin 85, pin 86 to your 1st accessory out from remote start, pin30 to 12vconstant(thru a fuse)&pin 87 to your 2nd acc wire in the car

  • I'm about to install a remote car starter; but the car has 2 accessory wires and only 1 of the unit's 14 connections is for accessory. Can I just split the wire and fuse to each accessory, or do I need to install a relay? If so, why? Thank you

  • That helped a lot. Thank you!

  • 86 should be the trigger (source) & 85 ground. But it will work in reverse as long as the relay body is not the older steel grounded ones.

  • Are you sure about pin 85 and 86? what if these reversed?

  • Great info, Thanks a lot!
