My arcade monitor when it starts to warm up, it begins to flash and the picture gets almost impossible to see? Would caps cause that to happen?

Cool, replacing caps are a pain, but worth it.

Thank you for addressing that line issue! I had just ordered a cap kit for my monitor because of a color issue, and I am overjoyed that capping should shotgun lines I'm having at the top of the screen too!
