Good job. I'm 5'11" and 230, and 80-100 reps with the same weight gets me tired lol. I used to be more of a powerlifter but now I love kettlebells too.
I usually don't approve of most peoples' form for this exercise, but I must say, you've got it down. How badly did your hands get torn up while training for this?
At the time I did this I was 5'8" and about 160 pounds. You can equal or surpass what I have done. I just did Kenneth Jay's Max VO2 for 5 months, and this was the result. Either that or ROP from Enter The Kettlebell will serve you well.
Hey Jordan, how did you make it not to tear your hands here? I've got some serious problems with torn hands doing my KBs. Please advise on hand care.

Hardcore, dude. How did you build the grip strength for this? I can hardly snatch the 32kg once due to weak grip.

What would be really interesting with all KB snatch vids would be a concurent feed to a heart rate monitor to see how fast the heart rate gets up

@got2hurt Not a bad idea that. Guy wearing a chest strap and someone else holding the wrist watch heart reader. ( polar ) .
Great Idea
Captain Kettlebell.

@FATtoFITvideos Yeah exactly - would be good to see the heart reate reading in a seperate window in the vid
