  • thanks man

  • thanks for sharing

  • Your voice is funny :D

  • Just kidding, followed the whole video ofcourse.

However i always end up with "Acces denied for user '...'@'myserveriphere' (Using password: YES)

    Strange.

  • @EasyTool70 Sounds like a mysql server issue not a issue with the program. Make sure you have the right password for that account.

  • @nathan76296

Hmm yeah it was i think.

Fixed it before i saw this but i think you were right.

I made an new database and again all tables in it and its working great right now.

Is it possible that if someone registers at my forum, it's username goes directly to my mysql database?

    If so then how?

And if you dont know either, can you refer me/us to some valuable tutorials?

  • @EasyTool70 When you have a online forum most of them use a mysql database to hold the account information in. If you want their username to go into a custom database as well as the one the forum uses then you will have to modify the PHP.

  • @EasyTool70 Yeah I get the same error :/

  • Thats the point where i turned my pc off.

    When you said "browse"

    Around 0:24

  • @EasyTool70 why turn it off? you should of just threw it out the window.

  • Is this really your voice? :P

  • @Zaxer11

INSTEAD OF SAYING THIS , YOU CAN SAY THANK YOU ! IT WILL BE MUCH BETTER !

  • Fuck you accent, noob

  • Another Request again Sir: how can we create a code to backup my database on MySQL? Thanks again Sir nathan76296..

  • You can run a mySQL quarry to select everything in the database

    SELECT * FROM *;

and store the results in a data table then save to sql file. Check out my other video for saving information from the database to datatable

  • Sir, Thank you very, very much! Now I am able to update from host to server.. ^^

  • download the virus in description first :D nice accent by the way and thanks for tutorial ;)

  • @tipoman19 dll's are fullll of viruses! how did you know!!??

  • @nathan76296 voices in my head told me, when I was watching video.. :D

  • @nathan76296 they can be but they are useless unless injected :P

  • Sir, I have created my project vb.net08 and MySql. How about if I'm going to connect 2 PC. I will use the fist PC as the Server and one for the Host. my current connection string is this: ikonek.ConnectionString = "server=localhost; database=tubahealthcenter; Uid=root; password=1234; port=7146"

I don't know how I'm going to modify this connection string so that I can update from the Host side going to the server.. Thank your very much. I'll be waiting for a response.. hope so..

  • If your trying to connect 2 PC together your need to something besides mySQL. This tutorial will connect 1 PC to a mysql server.

  • rrrrrrrrrrfffffffrrrrrrrrrrrence brrrrrrrrr

  • thank you

  • In the connection string you can use ' instead of ".

    Thats better.

  • I started doing right from the begining, i get so many errors.

  • can it work if i put my database on remote PC or server.?. thank's.

  • Yes, it will work. Instead of putting localhost, just put the IP or the remote computer.

  • you can put it anywhere. as long as u use the 'Add Reference' in vb it will put the file in the correct location.

  • You can put the dll wherever you want. Just make sure to include it in your project and it will automatically place the file where it needs to be.

  • In the same folder as the program

  • can you please fix the link...its not working so you need to re-upload the file

  • okay i uploaded to filebeam. no h8 comments plskthxbii

  • thanks.. sorry for late reply

  • Thank you very much nathan!

Ive been grubbleing over this for 1 year now! Thank you!!

    /Zax
