I'm younger than 16, I hypnotize people, and Hypnosis is real. The hypnotist tells their subject what is their new reality. The possibilities are only limited to the mind. By choosing to not believe, you just deny a possibile reality. That's all. And it's not aimed at the viewer because the hypnotist is responsible for anything that happens to any of their inductees as a result of hypnosis. and a subject is highly vulnerable to any suggestion for up to 5 MINUTES after trance is removed 100%

@caboomflick I'll handle this one: When in trance, the person is not really sleeping like you do when you go to bed at night. They're different things. During trance the person is extremely relaxed mentally and physically and has heightened suggestion and has EXTREME attention to what is being said by the hypnotist. It's really a VERY special state. I know this from studying hypnosis and from being hypnotized many times before.

One suggestion I would make is stop asking the subject if it is ok. A better phrasing would be...do you understand or is that clear... this shows more strength and confidence which is important in hypnosis. Other than that not too bad.

In time you will get to be fluid with your suggestions - I would suggest that you read Dave Elman - this is a difinitive work on hypnotherapy and perhaps it will create the confidence you are lacking in the vid- pls do not get me wrong - we all started some where - however this is both an art and science and should be treated with respect. bypassing the critical part of the mind requires skill and understanding and I am sure that is your primary intention - keep learning always :)

A few pointers.. Lose the script, You don't need it. Also, You don't need to say the "SLEEP" so forcefully when you deepen them, You have already given them the post hypnotic suggestion, Just say sleep normally, it will have better results. Remember, in hypnosis, all your senses are multiplied, including hearing... You don't want to startle your client and lighten the state.

Have you ever experienced hypnosis? There is great script for those who truly understand the brain and their own will power. It expalins and puts all the power of trance in your hands. Dave Elman was famous for working with non believers and showing them the power of the mind and choosing your experience. Its a very profound experience. Hi I was enjoying your videos, but have two questions...

First; why are you using a script? It seems like you have reasonable command of hypnosis, and reverting to a script, not only makes you sound amateurish, but it also changes the tonality and speech rate etc. Does that not create a loss of rapport? Am hearing wrong or are you bringing up your client in 30 % increments... Hope you don't get a math freak that realizes that 10 % is still missing... LOL

I use a script to show that anyone who is interested in learning hypnosis can grab a script and begin by practicing with their friends. There are plenty of other ways to maintain rapport, with breathing rate for ex. I don't need to match speaking style to maintain rapport. And, yes I wasn't bringing her out of hypnosis, just partially out to deepen the trance. If I were counting her out, then I would say 20% and count from 5 backwards. I hope this was educational for you.

Its alot like souffle in culinary school, at first it takes alot of all the right syntax of executed actions, and after a while it becomes 2nd nature and it happens all the time. for ex: Richard bandler has a trance gun. In hypnosis we say anything that assumes trance creates trance. In this technique there is a combination of of so many factors if i described them you would be bored and disawed, so lets just call it magic.

Very well done. If you could maybe try to induce the hypnotic sleep even deeper by putting her to sleep more than 3 times in row. Maybe up to 10 times. Curios how the subject will succumb.

there is no need, because I always use three convincers. convincers serve as additional deepeners, so by the time I actually give suggestions she is most definitely in somnambulism. besides experiencing this technique first hand is a lot more powerful than watching it being done. this rapid induction is called the through the floor technique because it feels like your falling through the floor, and very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
