How bout climbing denomination gift cards? You could start off a week giving a $25 Amazon, Visa, or store gift cards, like Macy's, JC Penny, Kohls, ect..Then on subsequent days go up by $1, or $5, or even $10 a day. You could have one of the days be a mystery day, where no one knows what it is or how much. You could give clues and people could try to guess.
