  • In my opinion, doing that kind of weight once in a while can spark some new growth... doing it consistently over time can in the long term cause possible injury, regardless of form. Solid set there man... try a superset at maybe the 60s or 65s as many as you can.

That would be like me saying I can bench press 120lb dumbbells for 20 reps by using the argument that my (two) arms did 10 reps each. So with some sloppy form you got 5 reps, which still isn't too bad considering the weight. I give you props for that.
