I think when he starts to sing at 0.50 it sounds fucked up till 2.03 because his voice doesn't go deep enough, then it gets wurse till 2.20 because then it sounds like he's on drugs, but after 2.25 when they sing along it sounds powerfull.

I was at this concert. It was in the early 90's. Can't remember exactly when. I was told this was the first time Alphaville has played live in the States. As a huge Alphaville fan, it was special to be there and see them live. Thanks for posting this video. Really brings back the memories of being there.

yes...besides....He is singing this song a 9na lower that the song recorded in studios.I dont think Marian can´t sing any more..Perhaps the need something like a "motivation" for important and trascontinental concerts. This band have very good jobs realized and Its a shame that ordinary people cant see or hear their music.ITS THE BEST GERMAN BAND.However Marian is the lidero of the band.The other ones only have to execute the songs...HE CAN DO IT ALONE..LIKE MADONNA SAYS..
