I agree. But I know children (whether attributed to their natural disposition or upbringing) who are more suseptable to confusing fantasy with reality than others; as a babysitter I see it all the time.

Know what though? Morals are too diverse to go on censoring this way. These retaliatory parents should be their own rating system. If these people feel passionately about maintaining innocence, why won't they take the time to do what should be done anyway: previewing movies ahead of time?

Smoking is going to be CONCIDERED along with sex and violence when determining a movies ratings, not the only reason for being rated R.

Meh, I don't think many people will disagree with your views. I think a more interesting topic of debate is whether the usage of hard drugs should warrant an R-rating. I say no.
