You pay for what you get, thats why MS makes you pay for their service. People demand a service thats fast and reliable and if there are f*ck ups, they'll (MS) will hear about it. This makes sure that they put out quality and attempt to make things better. The idea of not having to pay for Live is cool, but at the end of the day, the exchange of money is what keeps Live running smoother than everything else out there.

I understand why they'd try and get it onto the xbox but I just don't see why on earth they wouldn't get it onto by far the biggest playerbase, PC. A serious, zombie, openworld, MMORPG is exactly what PC gamers look for.

Xbox Live hasn't seen a single MMO to date and I think he's being a bit too overambitious, especially considering by the end of next year the 720 will be out. @XxepicbobxX No, its still in production. Check out their site and read their articles. I am pumped this game. However I think class 3 will be out by 2012. I am just guessing because they are in the finishing stages but there is no demo out yet. Don't expect class 4 to come out anytime sooner however. That's going to be years. I think it might be out with the next generation consoles.

DLC's are treated sometimes as seprate games. You should do research before buying a game in the first place. Just check undeadlabs(dot)com for information but the low-down is:

1. The "Demo-ish" version of this game will be a 1-2 player game on Xbox Live Arcade

2. The full game will be an Xbox Mmo-exclusive.

3. There are currently NO plans to expand to other platforms (PS3, PC, etc.)

They aren't a bias company, they just want to make a game and do it right. All we can do is hope for this game to become so successful, that they have more money to make other versions of the game.

I'm pretty sure, from what I've seen on their site, that Undead Labs are doing two games: Class 3 and Class 4.

The company is taking what they learn from 3 and implementing the best into 4 (Which is going to be the MMO) Class 3 and Class 4 are two different games, it's just that Class 3 is going to be the frame for Class 4.

I've been waiting for this game for a long time too. I'm glad Class 3 is only a 2 player game. For me, a smaller team is a better experience.

Nah sorry mate, I had a look round for the past few days and the dev's said themselves that Class 3 is going to be on the Xbox live market place almost as a 'beta' and class 4 is going to be the full game but exclusive for the Xbox 360. They said that Microsoft were not keen on exposure to the other platforms allowing them to bring in more customers.
