The issues in Church Street Mall are more to do with druggies and pissed idiots than teenagers alone. It's not fair to tar a whole age group with the actions of a few waste of space gronks.

Highpoint shopping center or Knife point is only 20min from my place :/ I go there a bit sometimes, but never seen any fights there in my time lol.
