@MultiLunik dude hit it hard! nows the time to start working out its prepubescent exercise thats not good and yea do cardio for ur abs to show more and thats a good sign that means ur halfway there now just do some lower abs

ok so i just want to ask something so i follow the week structure and its 1 day cardio and abs 1 day weight and so and so.That means on my cardio day i do all the exercises i see on the video and on weight day i do all the combos on the weight video and on day 7 i rest and my week workout is over ?? :))
@tweety123476 you can do an easier way push up, you support on your knees instead of your feet, make sure you back remains straight just like a normal push up, this way you should be able to push up :) good luck
That is simply amazing. Tried to do it with my normal weight training dumbbell weights - no chance haha :D. Now I do it with quite low weights and still I have to say: damn that is exhausting! But I feel so good now and have no power to do anything more now. :)
@borjaknight Nope you can rest on day 7. You are not doing massive muscle building here so your body does not need that much time to recover and you do have one day rest between weight training workouts anyway.
Just did this workout this morning with a friend of mine. Very intense and taking minimal breaks definitely makes it tougher. Looking forward to the cardio + abs portion tomorrow.
@Psihitj That may happen at the start if you aren't used to circuit based workouts. I used to feel like that when I first began circuit workouts. Over time, you'll feel a lot better.

So my problem is that the weight workout of the six week six pack extreme challenge are obviously for weight los. Since I'm pretty skinny (still muscular but not very high on weight) I don't want to lose much weight just fat (my body fat is already 10 percent so I dont think I have to lose much more fat either).
Pretty Hardcore workout, only did 4 combos with 9kg(20lb) dumbells, got pretty tired, gonna do this challenge till the end! Won't participate for 1300$ though. :) Thanks for keeping this free!
@JafaCakesMonster well i don`t lift weights, but i would think that either you have poor posture while doing the exercise or, if you just started exercising, you`re not letting your muscles rest , 2 days rest after you just started just isn`t enough. when i started training my abs, my neck muscles weren`t strong enough so it would ache. Just keep good posture and listen to your body, if it`s aching skip or atleast don`t work that hard. you still have time til myan apocalipse :D
@coldray5 yeah,i didn't used to rest a lot,sometimes in a week i would train 5 or 6 days,and i know posture is allways a problem but i try my best to have a good posture.
@JafaCakesMonster Wrong posture, you could be bending your back while doing reps, which is really bad, try to keep your back as straight as possible; try putting yourself to a wall, and don't separate from it. Also, if your doing deadlifts, you could be doing them wrong, back pain is an issue with incorrect posture while doing deadlifts.

Due the high rep sets we'll need to keep the dumbbells quite light, when can I try and incorporate my other heavier weight training or should I give that a miss for this program?
@swanbomax This program is for weight loss. However what you could do is folow this program but for the 3rd weight training of the week you swap our weight training for your muscle building weight training and so use heavier weights.
@moricestreet909 Thanks sounds like a good plan, I'm enjoying the lifting after losing about 70lbs last year but I really need to go back and get rid of that last stubborn bit of belly fat. I'm hoping this program will do that for me!

@panayod Well it is not called Xtreme Challenge for nothing :) and nope it is not for beginners and that is why when you sign up you get a 1 week beginner workout program called the 7Day6Pack to get you ready for this workout.
@karshraye First of all make sure you go sign up at the 6weeksixpack link as that will provide you with e-mails that tells you exatcly how many times per week, what time of day etc etc but you will do this 3 times per week on Day 1, 3 and 5.

Heee ! i signed me up for the 6 week six pack challenge and i've got a question. Because of the time difference between america and the netherlands this video is posted when i was asleep. And its not tuesday here. and you're also going to post the cardio video but than i actually have to start 2 days later because of the time difference. Is that a problem and can i show me before and after picture like 2 days later?
@digitalgam3r That is 100% fine. You can actually start this whole week. So whne you start day 1 you just send me your before photo on that day. So today you can start with this weight training workout and day one and then tomorrow you can do the cardio. This way you will now alwasy have one workout in advance the day before.

@ThatZevGuy The 6W6PX is not about muscle building. To fix your problem make sure that when you train your chest you use uni lateral exercises ( Meaning train one saide at a time ) and start with your weakest or smallest side and don't do more with your bigger side than what you did for the weaker side.

Is this okey that im doing push-ups on knees? I can't do a normal push-ups... cuz that's the first sport activity in 3-4 years. And another question - Can i do this combos 2x to 3x times a day?
is it right to mix the challenge with gym( attending 5 days a week) im not trying to loose fat...trying to get pure muscle with a diet of 5 meals based on chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, eggs,etc...im worried about loosing and not getting ripped off

@NemanjaCR7 Nope, once you signed up it will take 2 days before you get day 1 of the challenge and that is fine. SO just follow the e-mails, you challenge will start in 24 to 48 hours so to speak.

This is an excellent selection of workouts! i'm about to start it now but peter you have to make it clear to us how often do we do this combination of combos during the week and how we should spread this workout out during the week

@panayod Well it is not called Xtreme Challenge for nothing :) and nope it is not for beginners and that is why when you sign up you get a 1 week beginner workout program called the 7Day6Pack to get you ready for this workout.

@karshraye First of all make sure you go sign up at the 6weeksixpack link as that will provide you with e-mails that tells you exatcly how many times per week, what time of day etc etc but you will do this 3 times per week on Day 1, 3 and 5.

Heee ! i signed me up for the 6 week six pack challenge and i've got a question. Because of the time difference between america and the netherlands this video is posted when i was asleep. And its not tuesday here. and you're also going to post the cardio video but than i actually have to start 2 days later because of the time difference. Is that a problem and can i show me before and after picture like 2 days later?

@digitalgam3r That is 100% fine. You can actually start this whole week. So whne you start day 1 you just send me your before photo on that day. So today you can start with this weight training workout and day one and then tomorrow you can do the cardio. This way you will now alwasy have one workout in advance the day before.

Hey peter, one of my chest muscles is bigger than the other by a little. At the end of the 6 weeks do you think they would even out?

@ThatZevGuy The 6W6PX is not about muscle building. To fix your problem make sure that when you train your chest you use uni lateral exercises ( Meaning train one saide at a time ) and start with your weakest or smallest side and don't do more with your bigger side than what you did for the weaker side.

is it right to mix the challenge with gym( attending 5 days a week) im not trying to loose fat...trying to get pure muscle with a diet of 5 meals based on chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, eggs,etc...im worried about loosing and not getting ripped off

@NemanjaCR7 Nope, once you signed up it will take 2 days before you get day 1 of the challenge and that is fine. SO just follow the e-mails, you challenge will start in 24 to 48 hours so to speak.
