  • Too bad this doesn't show the "One More Thing..." where Steve demoed Wifi for the first time. Pretty sure iBook was the first device on the market with wireless ethernet. We take it for granted today but it was a life changer when announced.

  • @lym3n at the time that was pretty good, nowadays you have 2.0ghz minimum in a laptop (not including netbooks/cheaper laptops)

  • thats the truith. i got one for my sister for christmas and when it was plugged in to power it up it smelled like burning electronics. not sure if it was the shipping or if it was just faulty but now i need to find a cheep logic board for it.
