I understand but back in israel time they lift their hands, and they also suppose to face the temple in whatever direction the temple was located, i just don't understand, because clearly you're not from those times, and i see people saying that the old testament is no more. so what's the deal

Well, the thing is that all the OT is not done away with, we still must keep the 10 commandments don't we? Yes, and there are other things that came along that God still wants done. It is not required for salvation but it is something that is better if we do it, because God said so.

But I understand what you are saying also and it makes sense. There could be a reason that God would want someone homeless or sharing a home with another family in order to teach them something they need to learn. His perfect will is the main thing. :-)

It is up to us to believe His Word, receive His promises by FAITH. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Heb. 11:1). "Believe that you receive (present tense), and you SHALL have (future tense). Mark 11:23-24. Get to know the Father more by reading his Word.
