I love the looks on all the animals faces except the dog. On all the others, the artist renderings put really subtle emotion in their faces that fit their label. The Meerkat is kinda aloof, looking over the shoulder, the chimp...well it's not so subtle. Just the Comic. And then the lemur seems to be looking down on you like a brat would. The dog, though, doesn't look like a Drifter. Just got that vacant look on its face like most dogs do...hah.

It might insure that the Reality TV generation doesn't rape our culture into ignorance, by showing nature programs that are not just half educational but completely educational. It is very possible to make a 100% educational show/documentary entertaining.

I love the new Animal Planet! And, I love that they aren't shying away from the edgy stuff. The new line-ups ROCK. I'm totally biased, but I'm especially excited about the new show based on Petfinder (the website). It was produced by the folks who made The Biggest Loser, so it has a totally different Prime-Time feel than anything Animal Planet has done before. The show start Saturday. I'm sooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
