@ClipEvent96 - I agree with you on the lowest levels it is fairly balanced but once you get to use the functionality from Top Gold - Low Masters it becomes imbalanced again because it requires a lot of control to get Ghosts/Infestors out while HT buffered by cheap gateway just storm everything. It gets balanced among GM because they can outplay their foes with tactics.

Evidence of the imbalance was when a kid (Elfi) places using only bad macroed 4-gates against top tier players with perfect play

@GuruEvi that was the most illogical thing i've ever read, ghosts and infestors require less micro than HTs, cos they can cloak/burrow so you don't have to micro as much to prevent them being sniped. fungal and emp are both easier to use than storm because all you have to do is click on the enemy and it is 100% effective, with storm you have to contend with the fact that the enemy can move out of the storm and hence trap them first or predict which direction they're gonna move etc

@gameboy772 not necessarily. say one attack for stalkers are +2, but one armor for roach is only +1... the math is obvious then. Some cases, your theory is correct, but mostly no.

@gameboy772 Some times, like say, a zealot get +1 attack, and a zergling has 1+ armor, that equals 1 extra damage for the zealot, but then it gets subtracted by the +1 damage reduction... However: Take an immortal vs a roach :D The immortal has initially 50 damage vs roaches (armored in general), but with 1+ attack upgrade, they get 10% extra damage -> from 50 up to 55 damage, while +1 armor would subtract 1 damage down to 54 :D - Damage upgrades grants 10% dmg :D Armor grants 1 dmg reduction...
