This is so s o so beautiful, the guitar work is fabulous, who are the backing musicians? Is the drummer really Hendrix's brother? If so, must have been born after Jimi died.... And like someone else commented, who knew Dylan was such a good lead guitarist? And If I was that slide guitarist I'd be pissed they didn't show me much, esp during Forever Young, where he's lead. Beautiful beautiful genius songs.
All that stuff about Dylan doing Hendrix's version of "All Along the Watchtower" after he heard it... what's up with that? The only think Hendrix brought to the song (other than his famous guitar wankery) was singing "there must be some kind of way out of here" which always sounded dumber than dirt to me. Dylan never changed how he sang that in emulation of Hendrix, and good on him for that.
Alright Dylan, time to hang up the guitar and the mic and let younger, more vibrant artists cover your great tracks! I feel bad for him, embarrassing himself like that.
I saw Dylan live in 2008 and in 2010 too. PURE MAGIC! I saw some world class musicians through the years and I can tell you that Dylan's performance in 2010 was the best I've ever experienced. No words to describe the feeling this old man gave me... So I really have no idea what do you mean by embarrassing himself. He is still a genius and I hope he will go on for a long long time. Anyway sorry to offend you and enjoy the rest of Christmas time!
how is he embarrassing himself? he has never been a vocal musician. his entire career has been based upon his God inspired writing ability. so what do you care how he sounds now?
Love the performance, hate the shirt.

Bob Dylan, not the greatest performer, but a living legend, greatest songwriter of all times.

Excellent beyond words. Even though Dylan's voice is kinda irritating most of the time. LOL

@derek4ur I cant judge if he is, but I guess if you are a professional artist for 50 years or so, you might pick up a few talents along the way ;)
