@DMW0973 Thermals were big and strong.. We hit the perfect cycle with day 1 being very unstable and getting progressively more stable. Day 3 I hit 11,200' at +4.5m/s. Day 2 my max was 6m/s and it was scary..

EDITED TO INCLUDE: Stewart Midwinter was also a pilot whom was part of the team that weekend. He is the grey wing at 0:57 and schooled me on how to fly and thermal with small wings and no varios. Sorry I forgot to include you in the list Stewart. Can you post a link to your video of the base jump, I somehow deleted your link by accident.
