I don't thing English is the problem here. I think it's rather the way the lesson is presented which makes difficult to understand, and if you are fairly new to the subject makes even worse.

Hey guys if you don't understand is your problem. These lectures are free and you should appreciate that. It is simple, if you don't understand keep looking for someone who speak perfect English.

I'm a student at Kaftec. is it my network speed that has a problem or it takes this long to load?

I really liked your channel and this video. If you need any help getting this video exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.
