The ammo feeding device for automatic firearms is called a magazine nothing else, if you want to be technical. There is no full auto P99 and if there was it would be perfectly legal to own with a NFA license. It is a semi auto pistol in which it will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. However I am going to get a full auto modified 12Ga Saiga 12 shotgun here in about a month.
