The bosses are: savage corpsers, reavers, gunkers, lambent berserker, berserkers, brumak. If you kill either of the bosses to fast, there is a chance of spawning another one. (also at the berserker mostly there spawn 2 or 3, but i also had times when i had to kill like 6 (depends on if they rush right into you thus dieing very fast).

@BOMBER44821 I like more simplegames. I don't feel as though i'm playing Gears anymore when i play the campaign. it's lost the dark, dirty, grungey feel of it. That's what was great about Gears 1. Actually felt like a real thing. Gears 3 feels more bright and vibrant. It's too. Go here, do this. The lambent are boring. I preffered the grub style locust from gears 1 and 2. Brumaks are waaaaaay too easy to kill. It's a brilliant game when you're talking about Horde and Beast modes. :D

Lambent Berserker: The hardest to kill and the worst to get on a small map. SO you better fucking run

Berserker: there are 2 of them and arnt the funnest to go against alone. they are deadly but easier to run from then there lambent cousin

Savage Corpser: Same as above but even easier

Brumak: Take a long time to kill but easy if any where near cover.

Reaver Squad: Easy. just grab a boom shot and you win.

Reavers at round 40 are the ardest, because there's about 8 of them and they're bigger than a Brumak. The mini corpsers looked stupid tbh. :)
