i've been trying to learn this trick for two weeks, but now i see that i have been doing it wrong... i kept hurting my ankle and after the first week it started to swell. i tried so hard to turn in the air that my back made a creepy sound and as mentioned, my ankle was twisted each time... i have to note it : Don't try so hard just go with the flow and let the shoulders turn my body. sounds weird, but i'll give it a try...
