Learn what you can from someone teaching you something different. You never have to agree, with everything. But if you walk away with a new piece of knowledge your a better person for it. The best way to remove the membrane is to take a parring knife, go against the bone across the width of the rib. Comes off real easy that way! Been cooking ribs for 40 years!!!
