I think for me, in Finding Nemo, it was actually the scene towards the end that made me "feel" the most. When they think Nemo is dead and Marlin gives up. He wants to forget about everything but Dory doesn't, and well... That scene.

the saddest is in "Up", when Ellie dreamed her whole life of going to see the falls, they just never had the money, Carl wanted her to go but at the end of her life, she couldn't even get up a hill, much less the falls; then she dies. Second saddest is in Toy Story 2 when Jessie remembers being left behind and forgotten by her owner. These are the saddest because everyone can identify with never achieving a dream, or being left behind by the one they love.
