#1, those may or may not be taser wires. There are no probes, nor cartridges. Plus, you shouldn't have 4 burn marks (tasers use 2 probes) if you were tased. You only get burns if you are touched with the taser, not hit with probes.

I love these people who think they have it so bad in this country. When I was in Saudi Arabia, if you talked back to the police(citizen or not) they just shot you. No trial, no jury, they just left you dead in the sand. Visit a third world country, then come back with the same feelings and ideals of a perfect America. If this guy did this 100 miles south of this checkpoint, he'd be shot by the Mexican authorities and his body never found.

Also its an unlawful search. I can understand if its BY THE BORDER not 50-80 MILES away from the border. You have the right to refuse a search until a warrant is present. The 4th amendment protects against unlawful checkpoints are searches. Dispute this then you might as well give up your Constitutional rights which btw you dont deserve if you speak out against it. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty and the 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments protect you most. Last time I checked were free.

In my County in just the last 12 months (each seperate incidents) we have had officers fired for failing drug tests, stealing Cocaine from the evidence locker, lying under oath, flipping patrol cars while racing on public roadways while on duty, stealing firearms from evidence lockers. Not to mention the Law Enforcement family who begged the local motorcyclist to provide an Honor Guard at a Lawman's funeral then trashed a Patriot Guard Riders Harley and stole parts.

#1, those may or may not be taser wires. There are no probes, nor cartridges. Plus, you shouldn't have 4 burn marks (tasers use 2 probes) if you were tased. You only get burns if you are touched with the taser, not hit with probes.

A guy holding an arrow in his hand (over 20ft away from a Sheriff) was shot and killed by a police officer on Monday. We lose at LEAST 2 people (per state) per day (sometimes more) due to police killings and police brutality! A pregnant, unarmed woman was shot in Spokane last month.

@TheKookbuster ANYWAY,.... Pastor Sanderson went to court... won his case and is now suing and WILL win. NO cops CANNOT tase just anyone. We had 2 cases here in MN when police lost suit for tasing just because someone used their cell phone to call husband. Another tasing caught on city streets camera. It's different if you are ALREADY committing a crime.... The pastor did not break any laws. Idiot.??? Just came across this and had to comment. And I would prefer batons to tasers!

Easy solution. Next time a duly sworn officer of the law asks you a question, answer it. Failing to do is suspect and leads to probable cause. I am sure you understand that term.
Just like when you were in MN and the police started talking to you and you went off on them. You had the right to remain silent. You just did not have the ability to do so.
