hi i restored my ipod touch without backing up like two monthes ago and im still trying to get my lodt photos back and my sister was as stupid as me and just yesterday she restored her iphone 3g without backing up, she had about 3000 photos and now she has 123 :(((((((((( we r desprate soooo plzzzz any1 help!!!!!!!!!

Anybody know how to get my files back? I switched to a new computer and some of my files are missing. Everytime I connect my i-pod it is there for a second them poof. (on the my computer screen.) And everytime i go and try to buy them back they say I have already purchased them so I cannot buy them back. Anybody know how to fix that? If so please help me.

@GingerbreadGrlz, I bought a used iPod Nano 5th G with TONS of great songs and I knew that iTunes would would wipe them out by overwriting the entire files. I tried a lot of things but even iTunes wouldn't sync and show the songs on it. I had a corruption issue nothing solved. So was forced to use iTunes to reset to factory settings - which "deleted" all of my files. Yet I restored ALL perfectly with a software called "Recover My iPod" (about $40)
