Man, this makes me think about how much we could all achieve we understood the wisdom of determination, focus, and taking intelligent risks.

I didn't know what hard work was until I studied for the Bar Exam while doing Smolov for deadlifts... if I had understood that, If I had known what you are demonstrating here when I was this age... if we all did... the possibilities would be endless.

when I was a little guy I remember one farmer who was a friend of my grand mother. he was a walking mountain and had hands the size of a cast iron skillet. every time I saw him he'd say hi and shake my hand, engulfing half my arm in his huge paw. the image of him is still what I see when I think of "strong". I'm sure Higa Monster is going to be the image of "strong" for a lot of those kids. well done.
