I did like Captain S in all its cheesy glory. But of course, that was a the point. A series that parodied the old kid shows of the 80s and early 90s, but at the same time had an epic feel in its own right.
Hm. Its weird to deliver a cancellation message in character. And I really don't want this to be the end. But hell, do what you gotta do, but you'll always be the best defender of videoland I've ever seen :)

From a storyline standpoint, I can see how PBC shot themselves in the foot with the SNES teaser at the end of #110. The story of the SEGA Genesis does not end well in that generation, but at least there would have been a gap to continue the story with a new main character. S could stand for Sony, and Sony did kick Nintendo's ass.

Captain S was great. I loved every episode. Hell, I have them all on my Ipod. I was also bummed when I saw this vid, but happy at the same time to see the character return. Maybe a reunion episode in the future? Huh, guys? I'm sure if the show got picked up by, let's say, a wealthy producer, you guys at PBC will jump at the opportunity. Right?

People unsubscribing you make me sad, you can't say the awesome stuff PBC has isnt awesome as it is. Sure Captain S brought them to us but we still love them. Why do you talk like they've got some kind of moral duty to keep making your favorite show? Maybe they're not able to do that anymore for a variety of reasons and they think they're being easier on us by telling us so than making us wait for something that'll never come. If you enjoyed Captain S, be grateful for what there was. I liked Captain S and I'm disappointed it's over, but that's no reason to bitch 'em out. They've got lives too.
