There are contracts with other agencies as well that put you in the corporate system. Social Security, Department of Transportation (driver's license) and more, not just the voter registration. There are some good templates to rescind the voter registration in a book called "Errant Sovereign Handbook" found for free online. Kurt, great presentation, thank you for what you do!

DC was created with a corporate charter, a constitution if you will "..exercise all other powers of a municipal corporation not inconstant with the constitution and laws of the United States" If one goes on to read, the Governor of DC is only appointed by the president, (usually it's the Army chief of staff). There is a clear distinction the US and DC.

It is a fiction only because it is founded upon unconstitutional acts - the Reconstruction Acts of 1868, which forced the ratification of the 14th Amendment. If you read the Treaty of Paris 1783 it is quite apparent that we are not 'still' British subjects, however most are subjects of the District of Criminals because of the 14th amendments.
You aren't being very thorough or honest, there is something wrong but it has nothing to do with the Act of 1871, sorry you are missing the mark.

DC was created with a corporate charter, a constitution if you will "..exercise all other powers of a municipal corporation not inconstant with the constitution and laws of the United States" If one goes on to read, the Governor of DC is only appointed by the president, (usually it's the Army chief of staff). There is a clear distinction the US and DC.
