  • this routine would be for a more advanced group.beginers cant do this shit! she would have to tone it down for a group who's just begining.she's in good fuckin shape tho.Im very familiar with these exercises.

  • I'll give a thumbs up for the moves there were a few I will be trying out later but the second to last one kicking up in the air seemed odd. What exactly is that suppose to target? If it's arms wouldnt the hand stand be better or if for legs u could do all that with jump squat lunges

  • the first exercise done with a kettle bell way faster though 16-20kgs for a fairly fit person is a killer!

How about "Athlete recovers from Pregnancy with Intensive Workout".   • I love pointing out bad PersonalTrainers, you my friend are good. One of the best ive seen. And Ive seen a lot. I am a personal trainer too and focus on a lot of the same stuff you do. Keep it up and post more stuff, I recieve you emails and do help myself out to some of your stuff. Have never posted here before but thought it was worth it. Awesome job!

  • The woman is in great shape and some of the routines are ok, butdoing that routine weekly and for a long period of time, you'll get your back for example in a very, VERY bad condition!

    Tha basic idea is fine but you need to get some ideas and and improvements for your routine from a professional! Great abs BTW!
