@pontpiggy but there are actual positive news stories every day that don't get picked up and become front page news everywhere. i'd rather a positive story about someone helping someone else or their community being national front page news rather than a silly wedding story. they didn't DO anything other than get married. to me, it just isn't newsworthy. but i'm not losing sleep over it. i'm glad the hype is over, but just wanted to make a silly song about the press coverage.
@chescaleigh The reason why it was big was because of it being a royal wedding, celebrating the tradition and the history of the British Monarchy. I know there are other positive stories, but this one was very lighthearted and one of the few times where we can simply appreciate general happiness for a couple and the history of the family.

I love this video....but I want to watch the royal wedding not just because of who they are but I love weddings. Its nice to have something happy going on in the middle of all of the disaster.

Thank god this wedding is only 24 hours away. Hopefully by Monday I can turn on my TV and see something other that this royal mess………Oh wait. I forgot about the week’s worth of press covering the dress, guest list, and interviews. I guess now this gives me an opportunity to watch some of the stuff I recorded but never got around to watching…….

Thank you! :) I have to admit though, the only thing I want to see is her dress the rest of it I don't care about. Royal weddings are too damn long. I agree with those who made the comment about the media - the media hype surrounding this wedding is nauseating.

Haha. Brilliant vid. I live right in the City of Westminster so I am staying in tomorrow and avoiding the media. Strangely enough most of the people who I think are "camping" are not British so that gives me a lot of comfort. I think even more bizarre is the guestlist as most of those people have said "hello" to William in passing and he barely knows them

Praise u Chescaleigh for this video!!! I am soooo bored of the royal wedding and it's overhyped ways. The only good thing about it in my mnd is that the day has been declared a public holiday which means a nice 12hr shift for me at double pay and a day off in lieu!! Cheers Will and Kate ;)
