LOOOOOOOOOOOL! Ah yes. I was this film back in 1987 or 88. I was 11 years old, when I discovered "Cinemax After Dark". Cinemax would run these films on Friday nights after 11PM, actually 11 was the earliest they'd come on.
I used to wake up and sneak downstairs to watch these film just to get a look at some T&A LMAO! I remember seeing "H.O.T.S", "Pacific Banana" and a bunch of Emmanuel films LOOOOOOOL!
Jesus what memories. Seeing this made my day. Thanks!
@hookalakah It is now grade Z cop films made in Newark, New Jersey and they often use Montreal or Toronto Canada for the locations and you then find all the "flubs"(ie daytime running lights on cars, incorrect policeman uniforms and self-serve gas inspite of the fact that New Jersey prohibits it.

Good old T&A "B" movies. Kept the drive in Theaters running, in their declining years. Man they where fun to go to, and party.

They don't make movies like this anymore. Let's be glad of that.

This film looks pretty together. That rocker guy is VERY UNATTRACTIVE. That candy striper is SO SEXY. I want that outfit she changed into.
