I would spot the Phillips moved all in after Re-raise Demidov. In my opinion, made a mistake by going only to a fairly large pot with AK. So I say, I'd ventured and let happen what he wants. Besides good bluff ;]

This is the problem with amateurs getting "coaching". Phillips got scammed. I don't know who coached him, but all we see is Phillips trying to make plays he isn't capable of. (pot sized c-betting is an uneccesary waste of chips, limp/3-bet/call/bet/fold is a terrible line w/ AK against the only guy who can bust you)

They way he was playing before the break was winning for him, he had a shot at this thing for sure, his asshole "coach" ruined his chances imo. We may see similar things this year.

The big hand between Phillips and Demidov is very interesting. If Phillips thought he was beat preflop (AA or KK) he should have folded.

If not, it's an ALL-IN because you're allowing your opponent to outplay you after the flop (which is exactly what happened).
